i'm using this on an 18 ft round by 4 ft deep model and i had to custom cut the openings in the pool. other than that i couldn't be happier with this pump and filter

Pump is strong, but intake hose cloggs too fast, valves constantly leak when cleaning filter. Have much water loss from pool when need filter change or cleaning FRUSTRATING AND COSTLY!!!!!!!! Not happy with parts to pump.Pump itself is very strong.

I am not sure if this pump works properly or not, because we have an 18ft intex pool, the one that looks just like the picture, but the valves will not fit. So I called intex and went on the web site to buy an adapter and was told that if the pump doesn't fit it must not be 18ft, it is. I ordered the adapters, they don't fit either. Help

The Pump and filter work great. The only minor complaint is the narrow 1" flow into the impeller and the screen gets clogged if leaves get to the intake....However, access to clear it is simple and easy to maintain.
