I have owned this tub for about three years, I live in a cold climate and use it year round. I always wanted a spa but did not want to go through having the electircian come,etc. This was the perfect answer! Fill it up, plug it in and go!

Chem system easy, Cleaning is quick, Easy, Not a big electric drain, Seats are comfy
Cons:
Cools quickly, Filter clogs after use, Needs own outlet alone

Inside, In the fallspring

we found the X500 to be quite comfortable, yet cools down quick in chillier weather. if you stay on a weekly chemical regiment, youll never have a problem!
